The admin is served from 127.0.0.1 with a per-run capability. It shows archive health, sources, session snapshots, rights revisions, task annotations, and verification gates without exposing the private database to the hosted site.

Comparison review
Upload the exact pack manifest through a single-use intent and submit an allowlisted projection. Hosted digest verification makes it reviewable; acceptance stays non-redeemable and grants no buyer, training, resale, or export right.
