로컬 어드민 / PRIVATE PLANE
공개 웹은 내 세션을 볼 수 없습니다.
어드민은 실행할 때마다 새 capability를 만들고 127.0.0.1에서만 열립니다. 공개 웹에 private DB를 노출하지 않고 archive 상태, source, snapshot, rights revision, task annotation, verification gate를 확인합니다.

권리
보관, annotation, evaluation, training, derivative, export, resale를 revision이 있는 별도 receipt로 관리합니다.
Task contract
목표, 초기 상태, 허용 행동, 성공 계약, 결과, 증거, reset, deliverable, 난이도 핵심, benchmark target을 기록합니다.
검증
snapshot 복원, projection scan, task completeness, isolated verifier receipt, prototype-credit 경계를 확인합니다.
모델 재실행
Provider key, clean Git project, disclosure scan과 동의, 고정된 model matrix, 반복 attempt, trace, artifact, 복구를 관리합니다.
Comparison 심사
Single-use intent로 exact pack manifest를 올리고 allowlist projection을 제출합니다. Hosted digest 검증 뒤에만 reviewable이 되며, accepted는 현금성이 아니고 buyer·training·resale·export 권리를 만들지 않습니다.

127.0.0.1:8767
공개 웹은 로컬 vault를 읽을 수 없습니다. 로컬 어드민은 redacted projection만 탐색하고, 이 Mac을 연결한 뒤 검증된 projection만 hosted review queue에 보냅니다.
